Contract
This contract is between____________ and Tarheel Webdesign. We(Tarheel Webdesign)will design sites, perform Photo editing based upon the completed design or edit that has been deemed satisfactory to the customer. All work done is done based on customers creation or Wishes. The design or Photo Edit will be described and attached with signatures of both parties for this contract. Payment is expected as follows half up front and final balance due once design is finished websites will not be published before final payment is recieved photo's will not be printed before final payment. Prints will be of specified style and accepted edit on proffessional quality paper. sizes and quanities will be drawn out on work order. Which will be attached for photo editing services. Prices and packages will be specified on this contract for both parties. Attachments are with copies of the contracts.
