Founded in 2002, Tarheel Web Design is a small web design company located in Oxford, NC.
The founder, Kelly Johnson, had designed and maintained many websites before starting Tarheel Web Design. Kelly Johnson has several years of computer and Internet experience. He is a member of I.A.W.M.D., The International Association of Web Masters and Designers. And is knowledgeable in HTML, Java, Javascript, Perl, graphic design, and webpage layout.
